Type 2 Transitional arrangements

Deutsche Welle is preparing its task planning for the first time for the years 2006 to 2009 in accordance with § § 4 to 4b of the German-Wave Act. The economic plan with the transfer bill, establishment plan and management principles in accordance with § 48 of the German-Wave Act will be drawn up by Deutsche Welle for the first time for 2006. The annual financial statements according to § 55 of the German-Wave Act are to be drawn up by Deutsche Welle for the first time in 2004. Unofficial table of contents

The Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media can make known the wording of the German-wave law in the version in force of the entry into force of this law in the Federal Law Gazans.
