I. Powers of service authorities and officers

According to § 3 paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the Postal Personal Rights Act of 14 September 1994 (BGBl. 2325, 2353), as last amended by Article 1 (2) (a) of the Law of 21 November 2012 (BGBl). 2299), the Federal Ministry of Finance shall, on a proposal from the Board of Management of Deutsche Post AG, arrange for:
1.
The powers of a service authority below the Management Board of Deutsche Post AG can be transferred to
a)
the branches,
b)
the Shared Service Center and
c)
the Sales business units.
2.
The powers of a service supervisor below the Management Board of Deutsche Post AG can be transferred to
a)
the management of the branches,
b)
the management of the Shared Service Center and
c)
the management of the sales department.

II. Powers of appointment and dismissal

In accordance with § 3, paragraph 2, sentence 4 of the Postal Personal Rights Act of 14 September 1994 (BGBl. 2325, 2353), which is replaced by Article 223 (2) (a) of the Regulation of 29 June 2000. October 2001 (BGBl. 2785), the Federal Ministry of Finance transfers its power of appointment and dismissal of the civil servants employed by Deutsche Post AG in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of Remuneration A and B
1.
in the running tracks of the higher service on the board of Deutsche Post AG and
2.
in addition, on a proposal by the Board of Management of Deutsche Post AG, to the holder of the vacancies referred to in Section I, point 2, for the officials of their respective areas of responsibility.

The Federal Ministry of Finance reserves the right to exercise the powers on a case-by-case basis. Unofficial table of contents

III. Entry into force, external force

This arrangement shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2013. At the same time, the order for the transfer of responsibilities for the area of Deutsche Post AG of 27 May 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1185).
