§ 40 (1) and § 90 are applicable to employees of the public service of the federal government or of a federal corporation, an institution or a foundation under public law elected to the legislative body of a country after 1 June 1978. Type 13 Entry into force

Article 10 (2) shall enter into force with effect from 1 June 1978, Article 3 (2) with effect from 1 January 1979, Article 11 shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery; otherwise the law shall enter into force on 1 January 1979. October 1979, in force.
