On the basis of § 4 (2) of the Benzinbleigesetz of 5 August 1971 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1234), with the approval of the Federal Council, the Federal Government decrees: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

The written declaration of the manufacturer to be submitted to the customs services in accordance with Article 4 (1) of the Act of Benzine must contain complete information on a form in accordance with the model of the plant. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Code of Transfer Law of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in connection with § 9 of the Benzinbleigesetz (Benzinbleigesetz) also in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its announcement. Unofficial table of contents
