§ 1 Contribution rates in pension insurance

The contribution rate for 2004 is 25.9 percent in the pension insurance of the workers and the employees 19.5 per cent and in the clerk pension insurance. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Payments for child-raising periods

The federal government pays an amount of 11,842,984,000 euros to the pension insurance of the workers and the employees for the year 2004 in order to pay the flat-rate payment for the contribution payment for child-raising periods.
