§ 1 Transfer of duties of the debt system

The Federal Republic of Germany-Finanzagentur GmbH is entrusted with the tasks referred to in Article 1 (1), first sentence, of the Federal Education Act, on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany and its special assets. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Reservation

The Federal Ministry of Finance may temporarily carry out individual or all delegated tasks itself or transfer it to an authority in its business unit or a third party, if in other ways the right and expedient perception the delegated tasks cannot be ensured. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2006.
