I.

On the basis of the second sentence of Article 1 (1) of the Order of the Federal President on the appointment and dismissal of the Federal Officials and Judges in the Federal Service of 14 July 1975 (BGBl. I. 1915), I am revocably transferring the exercise of the right to appoint and dismiss the federal civil servants of grades A 1 to A 13 (superior service) and the corresponding officials until the appointment.
