I. Decree of opposition modestals

(1) On the basis of Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, I transfer the authority to the Federal Administrative Office to deal with contradictions of employees of the Federal Environment Agency in matters relating to According to the Federal Travel Covenant Act (Bundesreisekostengesetz), the separation money ordinance, the Federal Environmental Law and the regulations issued for this purpose. II. Representation in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship

(1) On the basis of Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, I transfer the representation of the office of servants in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship of the authority referred to in Section I above, in so far as they are in accordance with this order for the adoption of appeals (2) In the case of special cases, I shall be responsible for the representation of the Dientherrn. III. Final provisions

(1) This arrangement shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Federal Law Gazans.
