I.

In agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, I have transferred to the Federal Office of Finance the responsibilities for the decisions on the reimbursement of property damage and special expenses and the medical procedure of the officials the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, the Federal Environment Agency, the Federal Office for Radiation Protection and the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation in accordance with Section V of the Civil Service Supply Act, as well as the making of funds Claims for damages in accordance with § 87a of the Federal Officials Act. On the basis of § 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act in conjunction with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act, I, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, transfer the authority to the Federal Office of Finance on contradictions against administrative acts in accordance with I of this order shall be decided. III.

Pursuant to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, I, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, transmit to the Federal Office for Finance the representation of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in the case of claims, as far as it is in accordance with this order, is responsible for the decision on contradictions. IV.

This arrangement occurs with effect from 1. October 2004, in force. It shall not apply to any inconsistencies brought before its entry into force or to claims brought before its entry into force. Unofficial table of contents
