I.
In accordance with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Administrative Office shall be empowered to act on appeals against administrative acts and to reject a claim in To decide on matters under the Federal Travel Covenant Act, the Federal Law on Covenant Covenant, including the separation money ordinance issued for this purpose and under the federal state aid rules, in so far as it is applicable to the issuing of the administrative act or to the Rejection of the claim was responsible.
