I. Decree of opposition modestals
Pursuant to Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 675), in conjunction with Section 126 (3) (2) of the Law on the Law of the Civil Service, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 654), I transfer the power to issue appeals in state aid matters to the Federal Administrative Office, in so far as it enacts the administrative act contested by the objection or the adoption of an administrative act or an administrative act. Claim has been rejected and officials from the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, the Federal Test Office for Young Endangered Writings as well as the Federal Office for Civil Service have been affected.

II. Representation in cases of legal action
On the basis of Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, I transfer the representation of the Dienstherrn (Dienstherrn) in the case of claims arising from the civil service relationship to the Federal Administrative Office, insofar as it is responsible for the adoption of appeals by this order. For special cases, I would like to see the representation of the Dienstherrn.

The order shall enter into force on the day following its publication. It shall also apply to inconsistencies brought before the date of entry into force of this order and to claims brought before the date of entry into force of this order.
