I.

1.

Receiving

a)

The Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour is named Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology;

b)

The Federal Ministry of Consumer Protection, Food and Agriculture is named Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection;

c)

The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Security is named Federal Ministry of Health;

d)

The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing is the name of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development.

2.

A Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is formed.

3.

The head of the Federal Chancellery is appointed to the Federal Minister for special tasks.

II.

The Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology is to transfer:

1.

from the division of the Federal Ministry of Finance, with partial lifting of the chancellor's organizational decree of the 27. October 1998 (BGBl. I p. 3288), para. V., the responsibilities for

a)

the basic questions and the coordination of European policy (except ECOFIN), in particular the guidelines for Coreper I; structural policy, the EU Cohesion Fund, trans-European networks;

b)

the coordination of the Lisbon Strategy; the administrative structure of Eastern Europe, the CIS and the Balkans; the bilateral government committees on economic issues with EU Member States; individual EU agreements and cooperation;

c)

the law of the European Union; the representation of the Federal Republic of Germany before the European Courts; the State aid control policy;

2.

from the division of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research the responsibilities for

a)

transport and space;

b)

the patents and inventors ' support;

c)

research and development and innovation in the economy; the SMEs; the business start-ups.

III.

1.

The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs will be appointed from the business unit of the former Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour with the repeal of the Federal Chancellors ' Decree of 22. October 2002 (BGBl. I p. 4206), para. 4206. I. 1. and 3., the powers conferred on

a)

labour market policy, foreign employment and unemployment insurance;

b)

the ombudsman and the project group Introduction SGB II;

c)

labour law and occupational health and safety;

d)

the European and international employment and social policies.

The delegation of competence shall include their European and international references and their principle and planning matters.

2.

The division of the previous Ministry of Health and Social Security will be the subject of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, with the repeal of the Federal Chancellor's organisation decree of 22. October 2002 (BGBl. I p. 4206), para. 4206. II., which confer responsibilities on

a)

social security, the social security code, the provision of war victims and other social compensation law, including the supervision of the Federal Insurance Office; the health care;

b)

prevention and rehabilitation in the field of policies for people with disabilities and social assistance.

The delegation of competence shall include their European and international references and their principle and planning matters. The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is also assigned the Federal Government Commissioner for the interests of the Disabled and the Federal Commissioner for Social Security elections.

IV.

The Federal Chancellery of the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth is assigned the Federal Chancellery to the Federal Government Commissioner for Migration, Refugees and Integration, who is responsible for the task of a Minister of State for the Federal Republic of Germany. perceived.
