I.

A Federal Ministry of Health is established. Unofficial table of contents

A Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and Senior Citizens is set up. Unofficial table of contents

III.

The Federal Ministry for Youth, Family, Women and Health will be named Federal Ministry for Women and Youth. Unofficial table of contents

IV.

The Federal Ministry of Inner-German Relations is dissolved.
The personnel and material resources of the Ministry shall be transferred as follows:

-

to the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs and Senior Citizens, the subdivision Z A;

-

To the Federal Ministry of the Interior, all other human and material resources.
