§ 1 derogation from the inland waterway search order

The inland waterway investigation order shall be applied to the measures resulting from the temporary arrangements set out in Annex 1. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Differing regulations for the internal chip-patent regulation

The Internal Boat Patent Regulation shall apply with the measures resulting from the temporary arrangements set out in Annex 2. Unofficial table of contents

§ 3 Entry into force, external force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery and with the expiry of 31 December 2016. Unofficial table of contents

Deviation from the inland waterway search order (BinSchUO)

Carriage of passengers (Section 4a (4)) *

Temporary rules § 4a (4) shall apply as follows: " (4) By way of derogation from paragraph 1, up to a new regulation of the carriage of passengers by recreational craft
1.
a vehicle for which a boat certificate pursuant to Article 3 (1), second sentence, of the Inland Waterway Transport Boat Rental Ordinance was issued on 31 December 2012, on the basis of the provisions laid down in the boat certificate, in the form of a boat guide and
2.
a special transport which, on 31 December 2012, had a permit in accordance with Article 1.21 (2) of the Maritime Policy pursuant to Article 2 (1) (3) (a) to (d), on the basis of the provisions adopted in the permit.
Transport passengers. In the case of the first sentence of paragraph 1, it is not a question of renting in the sense of the inland waterway-sports boat hire regulation. In the case of sentence 1 (2), an expired permit may be extended until 31 December 2016. "
