§ 1 Transfer of powers

The disciplinary powers of the Federal Ministry of Finance in relation to the civil servants of the Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks are transferred to the spokesperson of the Executive Board of the Federal Institute for Foreign Affairs. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery.
