The parts of the legal regulations, as amended in Article 2, may be amended by means of a regulation on the basis of the relevant authorisation in each case.

Art 3
Entry into force, external force, and application provisions

(1) This Act shall enter into force on 1 November 1994. (2) § § 48 to 61 of the Law on the Federal Border Protection in the version referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply only if the German Bundestag has previously approved by decision.
