§ 1 Objective of the examination and designation of the financial statements

(1) The competent authority may, for the purpose of proof of professional activity which has been acquired in the course of continuing vocational training as a certified business economist in accordance with the Craft Regulations and the certified business economist in accordance with the Craft Regulations, Carry out examinations according to § § 2 to 14. determine and develop its own position in procurement and sales markets according to the strategic orientation,
6.
Strategically plan and implement personnel acquisition and development as well as staff.
With a strategically oriented understanding of the actions, the certified business economist, according to the regulations of the craft trades and the certified business economist, is to carry out these tasks in accordance with the regulations of the craft industry, together with the technical competence of the business administration. § 2 Admission requirements

(1) For the purpose of examination, it shall be possible to
1.
a successfully completed master's examination in a craft or
2.

§ 3 Outline of the examination

(1) The examination shall be divided into the test parts:

§ 4 Content of the examination in the "Corporate Strategy" Review

§ 5 Content of the examination in the "Corporate Governance" section

(1) In the field of action "Governance and organization" the ability to implement the corporate strategy through measures of corporate governance is to be proven. Within this framework, the following qualification levels can be considered:
1.
Secure existing success potential in the company with operational business planning and management as well as pursue new success potential with operational control,
2.
Review existing management and organisational concepts and structures and adapt strategy design,
3.
Monitor and control the implementation of operational contracts and projects, taking into account the relationship between order and project organization and company success,
4.
collect, evaluate and align operational processes according to the corporate strategy,
5.
organizational change processes, especially in the operating and workshops, track and design.

§ 6 Content of the examination in the audit section "Human Resources Management"

§ 9 Implementation of the examination in the "Corporate Governance" section

(1) It is necessary to examine in writing on the basis of a complex situation task cross-sectoral. The examination takes at least 240 minutes and a maximum of 300 minutes. (2) If a defective examination has been performed, an oral supplementary examination is to be offered. As a rule, the supplementary examination should not take more than 20 minutes. § 10 Implementation of the examination in the "Personnel Management" section

Section 11 Implementation of the examination in the "Innovation Management" examination part

(1) The topic of project work is defined by the examination board. Proposals of the examination participant or of the examination participant may be taken into consideration. § 12 Invoice of other exams

§ 13 Existence of the Examination

Section 14 Repeal of the examination

Section 15 Transitional provisions

The examination procedure for the business economist (HWK) and the business economist (HWK) can be completed by 31 December 2015 according to the previous regulations.
