Art 18 Repeal of rules

(1) It shall be repealed:

1.

the Law on the Granting of an Annual Special Application in the Version of the Notice of 15 December 1998 (BGBl. 3642), as last amended by Article 3 of the Law of 16 February 2002 (BGBl I). 686), and

2.

the holiday money law in the version of the notice of 16 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1780).

(2) The Law on the Granting of an Annual Special Application in the Version of the Notice of 15 December 1998 (BGBl. 3642), as last amended by Article 3 of the Law of 16 February 2002 (BGBl I). 686), and the Leave Money Act, as amended by the Notice of 16 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1780) are to be applied until the entry into force of national or national regulations for the granting of annual special payments. (3) The amount of benefits after the annual special grant or the holiday allowance shall be payable for the level of these benefits and the application of rules of rest until the entry into force of national or national rules for the granting of special annual payments to the provisions in force prior to the entry into force of this Act; to apply special annual and holiday allowances, to the extent that this The law does not specify anything else.
