On the basis of § 84 (1) of the Vocational Training Act of 14 August 1969 (BGBl. 1112), as last amended by the Vocational Training Promotion Act of 23 December 1981 (BGBl I). 1692), as well as Section 1 (3) of the Law on the Establishment of the Federal Administrative Office of 28 December 1959 (BGBl. I p. 829) I determine in agreement with the Federal Minister for the Interior
