I.

On the basis of the Federal President's order on the appointment and dismissal of the federal civil servants and judges in the Federal Service of 14 July 1975 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1915) and the order of the Federal Minister of Transport on the appointment and dismissal of the federal civil servants in the division of the Federal Minister of Transport of 7 August 1975 (Federal Law Gazette). 2185), we transfer the exercise of the right of appointment and dismissal of officials of grades A 1 to A 13 (superior service) and of the corresponding officials until the appointment-depending on their business area-on

the Presidents	of the Federal Railway Directorates,
	the Central Transport Line,
	the Bundesbahn-Zentralämter,
	the Central Sales Management and the Federal Railways Social Office, as well as
the Director	the central office for business administration and data processing.

In individual cases, we reserve the right to appoint and dismiss the Federal Railways officials mentioned in Section I. Unofficial table of contents
