I.
According to § 126 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways (Bundesnetzagentur für Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways), with the agreement of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, is empowered to deal with the contradictions of employees of the Federal for Occupational Safety and Health against Administrative Act as well as the rejection of a claim in travel expenses, relocation costs and separation fees as well as in matters under the Federal Aid Regulation to the extent that the The Federal Network Agency for the adoption of the administrative act or the rejection of the Claim to be responsible.

II.
According to § 127 paragraph 3 sentence 1 of the Federal Civil Service Act of 5 February 2009 (BGBl. 160), the Federal Network Agency for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways (Bundesnetzagentur für Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railways), with the agreement of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, will represent the Dienstherrn in administrative judicial proceedings. Employees of the Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin in travel expenses, relocation expenses and separation fees as well as in matters according to the federal aid ordinance, insofar as the Federal Network Agency according to this order was authorized to take a decision on the opposition. The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs reserves the right to carry out the process representation itself on a case-by-case basis.

III.
This arrangement will take effect on 1 December 2010. The sections I and II are also applicable to existing procedures of the employees of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
