The one in London, Moscow, and Washington on 10. The Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on the Destruction of such weapons was approved by the Federal Republic of Germany in April 1972. - microbiological or other biological agents or-regardless of their origin and their method of production-toxins of species and in quantities not provided by prevention, protection- or other peaceful purposes, as well as
- Weapons, equipment or agents used for the use of such agents or toxins for hostilities the purpose or in an armed conflict,
to develop, manufacture, store, or otherwise acquire, or retain, or otherwise retain.(2) Where other legislation also prohibits this and threatens or makes it subject to penalty or fine, or subject to authorisation, it shall remain unaffected. Non-official table of contents
(1) This law enters into force on the day after it is announced.(2) The date on which the Convention enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with its Article XIV is to be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazans.
