Art 1

Weapons, equipment or agents used for the use of such agents or toxins for hostilities the purpose or in an armed conflict,

Art 3

(1) This law enters into force on the day after it is announced.(2) The date on which the Convention enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with its Article XIV is to be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazans.
