§ 1 Objective of the examination and designation of the financial statements

§ 2 Admission requirements

§ 3 Outline and content of the examination

(1) The qualification for the certified master of the master bakers 'company/certified master for the master bakers' establishments includes:

§ 4 General Part

(1) In the general part, the following subjects shall be examined:

(2) In the examination subject "Basics for cost-conscious action", the examination participant is to prove that he possesses basic knowledge of economic and business economics and can identify and assess economic relationships. In addition, it should demonstrate in particular that it can assess the organizational requirements of the company, also in its importance as cost factors, and can apply necessary organizational techniques to the hands of examples from practice. In this context, it is possible to examine:

(3) In the examination subject "Fundamentals for Legally Conscious Action", the examiner is to prove the basic legal knowledge of the subject. In particular, it should demonstrate, on the basis of operational and practical cases, that it can identify and assess the importance of the legislation for its functional area. 1.
Basic law:
a)
fundamental rights,

legislative procedures;

jurisdiction and case-law;
3.
From labour law and social law:
a)
employment contract,
b)
employment protection and occupational safety,
c)
the right of management and staff representation,
d)
collective agreement;
e)
social security,
f)
Youth Employment Protection Act;
4.
Civil Code:
a)
General part,
b)
the right of debt,
c)
the right of reason;
5.
Criminal law;
6.
Health law, in particular for the prevention and control of communicable diseases in accordance with the Federal Health Act;
7.
Environmental protection law, in particular water protection, waste management, air pollution control, noise protection and protection against hazardous substances.
(4) In the examination subject "Fundamentals for Cooperation in Operation", the examiner is to prove that he has a basic sociological knowledge and can identify and assess sociological relationships during operation. In this context, it is possible to examine:
1.
Basics of social behaviour of people:
a)
the development process of the individual,
b)
Group behavior;
2.
Influences of the company on the social behavior:
a)
work organisation and social measures,
b)
workplace and operational design,
c)
the guiding principles;
3.
Influence of the master on the cooperation in operation:
a)
Role of the Master,
b)
cooperation and communication,
c)
Leadership techniques and leadership behavior.
(5) The examination in the examination subjects referred to in paragraph 1 shall also be carried out orally in writing and in the examination subject referred to in paragraph 1 (3). (6) The written examination shall not last longer than six hours. The examination subject consists of a work to be carried out under supervision. The minimum times are in the examination subjects:
1. Basic principles for cost-conscious action 1.5 hours,

(7) In the oral examination in the examination subject "Basics for cooperation on the holding", the examination participant is to prove that he is able to identify certain professional situations, to clarify their causes, and to identify appropriate situations in which they are appropriate. § 5 Specialist theoretical part

(1) In the subject-theoretical part it is to be examined in the following subjects:

swimming and rescue,
5.
Health doctrine.
(2) In the examination subject "Mathematical and Natural Science Basics", the examiner is to prove that he/she can apply mathematical and scientific knowledge to solve practical tasks. In particular, it should make it clear that it can correctly assess the relationships of dependent variables. In this context, it is possible to examine:
1.
Basic knowledge of:
a)
number systems and their structure,
b)
Device system and units of measurement
c)
properties and behaviour of solid, liquid and gaseous substances,
d)
Energy forms, energy conversion and energy sources,
e)
Connections of electric current, voltage and resistance,
f)
chemical elements and compounds, chemical and biological conditions and reactions in water;
2.
Calculate with sizes, numbers and unit equations;
3.
Calculate:
a)
Length, surface and space content as well as masses,
b)
Power, work, performance and efficiency,
c)
pressure and pressure differentials,
d)
Flow operations, flow rates,
e)
Mixing ratios and metered amounts.
(3) In the "Bädertechnik" examination subject, the examiner is to prove that he has technical knowledge, that he can identify and assess relationships during operation as well as disturbances and can initiate measures to remedy the situation. In this context, it is possible to examine:
1.
Swimming pool water treatment:
a)
Process for swimming pool water treatment,
b)
Swimming pool water disinfection,
c)
Measurement of water treatment plants,
d)
Chemistry of water treatment,
e)
Analytical methods for controlling water quality,
f)
Facilities and equipment for the promotion and dosing,
g)
Chemicals for water treatment;
2.
Heating systems and systems:
a)
the distinction between the different systems,
b)
energy-earths;
3.
Ventilation systems:
a)
ventilation systems,
b)
air conditioning systems;
4.
Water supply:
a)
Effects on water treatment,
b)
Water supply;
5.
Sanitary facilities:
a)
Fittings,
b)
Sanitary installations;
6.
Measuring, control and control systems;
7.
Environmental protection and rational use of energy:
a)

(5) In the "Schwimm-und Rescue" examination subject, the examiner is to prove that he is capable of directing the skilled person to plan and carry out swimming lessons and swimming training, as well as the theory of the Lifeboat dominates. In this context, it is possible to examine:

Swimming lessons and training lessons:

Methodology and didactics of swimming lessons,

a)
Rescue swimming:

Rescue operations in the case of bathing, boat and ice accidents,

(6) In the examination subject "Gesundheitslehre" (Health Teaching), the examination subject shall demonstrate that it can assess the relationships between the function of the body and the effect of water. In this context, it is possible to examine:
1.
Basic anatomical knowledge:
a)
tissue,
b)
Circulates (blood, lymph),
c)
digestion,
d)
the musculosa;
2.
Physiological and psychological effects of water:
a)
temperature, pressure and uplift,
b)
Stress reduction and increase of well-being.
(7) In the examination subjects referred to in paragraph 1 (1) to (5), a written examination shall be carried out. The written examination shall not take more than eight hours; it shall consist of a work to be carried out under the supervision of the examination subject. The minimum times are in the examination subjects:
1. Mathematical and scientific fundamentals 1 hour,
2. Bath technology 1.5 hours,
3. Baker Operation 1.5 hours,
4. Swimming and rescue training 1 hour,
5. Health 1 hour.
(8) Where there is no more than two of the subjects referred to in paragraph 1 (1) to (5), a supplementary oral examination has to be offered in these subjects. If there is insufficient examination performance, this possibility does not exist. The additional examination should normally take no more than 20 minutes for each subject and examination subject. The evaluation of the written examination performance and the oral supplementary examination are combined to form a note. § 6 Part of the practical part

(1) In the practical part, the following subjects are to be examined:
1.
rescue swimming and swimming,
2.
management and management tasks,
3.
Operational situational task.
(2) In the "Rescue Swimming and Swimming Sports" examination subject, the test participant is to prove that he/she can save and supply persons without a risk of self-hazard, who mediate swimming and simple jumping and diving techniques, as well as swimming training and can do it.
In the area of rescue swimming, a practice-oriented rescue exercise with subsequent 5-minute heart-lung resuscitation, the construction of a rescue chain, as well as resuscitation tests with equipment are to be tested.
Further examination can be carried out:
1.

2.
Application of liberation, transport and rescue operations on land and in water,
3.
Mastery of the techniques of diving.
In the field of swimming sports, the examination participant has to prove that he can make corrections in the fine form in competition techniques and perform the corresponding techniques. (3) In the examination subject "Management and management tasks" shall be: In the course of a project work, the participants can prove that they plan and carry out events as a manager and that they can identify, present, assess and solve problems that arise in the course of the management of the project. The topic of the project work is to take into account the operational practice of the examination participant. The project work may be subject to one of the following tasks or other tasks:
1.

2.
Development and implementation of a marketing concept
3.
Operational analyses, personnel planning and personnel deployment,
4.
Communication, motivation, leadership style and leadership.
Proposals of the examination participant may be taken into consideration. Within the scope of the project work, a housework is to be completed and to be presented 20 days after the task. The housework shall comprise at least the following components:

In the examination of the project work, the housework, including the presentation of the solution of the task and the expert discussion, should be evaluated by the examination committee. The presentation should not last longer than 20 minutes. The documents used shall be left to the Audit Committee.

§ 7 Invoice of other exams

§ 8 Existence of the Examination

(1) The test parts according to § 3 (1) No. 1 to 3 shall be assessed separately. § 9 Repeal of the examination

(1) A test which has not been passed can be repeated twice. § 10 Transitional provision

Section 11 Entry into force, external force
