§ 1

The Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) is authorized to issue legal ordinances in accordance with § 10 sentence 1 of the Law on Building Savings Banks. Unofficial table of contents

This Regulation shall apply in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Code of Transfer Law of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) in connection with § 21 of the Act on building societies in the Land of Berlin. Unofficial table of contents
