The Federal Minister for Youth, Family, Women and Health may consider the text of the provisions and annexes to the regulations as amended by Articles 1 and 2, as amended after the entry into force of this Regulation. Text of a single regulation with the following heading and outline in the Bundesgesetzblatt (Federal Law Gazans):

" Regulation on medicinal products subject to apothecary and free-of-use medicinal products
First section: Release from the pharmacy obligation.
This section shall include sections 1 to 6 of Annexes 1a to 3 of the Regulation as amended in Article 1.
Second section: involvement in pharmacy requirements.
This section covers § § 7 to 10 with Appendices 4, 1b and 3, which correspond to § § 1 to 4 with Appendices 1, 2 and 3 of the Regulation as amended in Article 2.
Third section: transitional and final provisions.
§ 11
This paragraph contains the transitional arrangements with the wording of Article 5 (2).
§ 12
This paragraph contains the Berlin clause with the wording of Article 4. "
It may adapt the names of the substances and preparations as well as of the measuring units to the new state of science and technology.

Art 4 Berlin-clause
This Regulation applies in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act, in conjunction with Section 99 of the German Medicines Act, also in the Land of Berlin.

Type 5 Entry into force
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following the date of delivery. (2) Medicinal products subject to apothecary obligations under this Regulation shall remain free until the second anniversary of entry into force for circulation outside pharmacies.
