Type 2 derogation
(1) By way of derogation from Section 1 (2) (2) and (3) of the Doctors Approbationsordnung, students of medicine who took part in the full medical examination in March 1981 may have the first section of the medical examination after a medical examination. Study of the medicine of half a year, the second section of the medical examination after a study of medicine of two and a half years after passing the medical examination, as long as it was already in the summer semester 1981 Educational events according to Appendix 2 to the Approbationsordnung für Ärzte regularly and with success attended (2) In the cases referred to in paragraph 1, in the case of notification of the first section of the medical examination, by way of derogation from § 10 (5) of the Approbational Regulations for Doctors, the certificates relating to events pursuant to Appendix 2 to the Doctors Approbationsordnung, (3) Students in accordance with paragraph 1 may, by way of derogation from § 20 (1) of the Approbational Regulations for Doctors, be entitled to a further repetition of the Medical Examination be approved.

This regulation applies in accordance with § 13 of the Third Transfer Act in conjunction with Section 15 of the Federal Medical Code also in the Land of Berlin.
