§ 1 Objective of the examination and designation of the financial statements

§ 2 Scope of the Master Qualification and Structure of the Examination

(1) The qualification for the certified waste water master includes:
1.
Vocational and occupational pedagogical qualifications,
2.
Basic qualifications,
3.
Action-specific qualifications.
(2) The acquisition of vocational and employment pedagogical qualifications in accordance with the Trainers Suitability Regulation in accordance with the Vocational Training Act or on the basis of a different public service provision, if the proven knowledge meets the requirements in accordance with § § 2 to 4 of the German Ausbilder-Fitness-Ordinance (Ausbilder-suitability Regulation) is to be proved. § 3 Admission requirements

(1) To be examined in the "Basic Qualifications" examination part, the following shall be admitted:
1.
a successful final examination of the specialist for waste water technology, followed by an at least one-year professional practice or
2.

3.
a successful final examination in another recognised vocational training profession and the electrotechnical qualification followed by a professional practice of at least two years ' duration, or

(2) To be examined in the "Action-specific Qualifications" examination part, the following shall be admitted:
1.

(3) The professional practice referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall have essential references to the tasks of a certified waste water master in accordance with § 1 (3). (4) The electrical qualification referred to in paragraph 1 (2) to (4) shall comprise: the following skills and knowledge:
1.
describe basic sizes and their correlations,
2.
Recognizing the dangers of electric current at fixed and changing jobs,
3.
take and arrange for protective measures to be taken to prevent risks from electricity;
4.
describe behaviour in the event of accidents caused by electric current and initiate initial measures;
5.
Select and handle measuring instruments and work equipment,
6.
read operational schematics,
7.
Check and exchange fuses, sensors, measuring devices, lighting equipment and signal lamps,
8.
Assess operational malfunctions, replace plant components, in particular pumps and motors, and reenter the plant,

Directly disconnectable electrical components outside of switch cabinets,
10.
Use and operate substitute current generators,
11.
Use, test and maintain battery systems.

§ 4 Basic qualifications

(1) In the examination section "Basic Qualifications" it is necessary to examine in the following examination areas:

(2) In the "Legal Action" examination area, it is intended to demonstrate the ability to take into account relevant legislation in the context of application-related actions. (6) In the examination area "Taking into account natural scientific and technical laws" the ability to incorporate relevant scientific and technical laws to solve technical problems should be demonstrated. and to be able to apply mathematical, physical, chemical and technical knowledge and skills to solve tasks arising from operational practice. § 5 Action-specific qualifications

(1) The "Action-specific Qualifications" section of the examination comprises the "Technology", "Organization" and "Leadership and personnel" areas of action. The areas of action include the following main areas of qualification:

(2) Three situation tasks, which integrate the areas of action, shall be made in accordance with paragraphs 3 to 5, taking into account the "basic qualifications". a)
Carry out self-monitoring for the operation of the canal and wastewater treatment plant,
b)
Carry out the Indirect Director Monitoring using the Indirect Conductor Katasters,
c)
Initiate and monitor emission control procedures in the course of sewage sludge disposal and recycling, and residual disposal,
d)
Apply statistical methods and create documentation of the operational process and its monitoring;

In the field of qualification "Maintenance" the ability to plan, organize and monitor the maintenance of the technical equipment and facilities together with the staff members. Within this framework, the following qualification contents can be checked in the situation tasks:
a)
Plan and initiate, monitor and document maintenance and maintenance work; evaluate and document damage events; lead damage statistics;
b)
Set up and continue inspection and maintenance plans,
c)

(4) In the situation task from the "Organization" area of action, its focus areas are to form the core. (6) In the situation-related expert discussion the ability to analyze, structure and provide a well-founded solution is to be demonstrated. § 6 Invoice of other exams

Section 8 Repeal of the examination

(1) Any unpassed part of the examination may be repeated twice.
