§ 1 Adjustment of the current pension value (East) in the statutory pension insurance

§ 2 Adaptation factor in accident insurance

Cash benefits dependent on annual earnings and the allowance of statutory accident insurance for accidents at work within the meaning of § 1153 of the German Insurance Code, which occurred before 1 January 1995, shall become 1 January 1995. adjusted. § 3 Care allowance
