I p. 1942) that is prescribed by the Federal Government after consultation with the interested parties with the consent of the Federal Council: article 1 scope this Regulation shall apply for the establishment, the nature and operation of dust or chip-emitting installations within the meaning of § 3 para 5 No. 1 of the Federal Immission Control Act for editing or processing of wood or wood-based materials including the associated conveying and storage equipment for chips and dusts. It does not apply for installations requiring a permit under section 4 of the Federal Immission Control Act.
§ 2 schemes within the meaning of § 1 are equipment to equip their establishment with exhaust air purification systems that exclude an excess of the emission value under section 4.
