Art 17 Transitional arrangements

(1) In the case of a legal suit for which the fee has become due on the day before the entry into force of this law or the costs have been imposed in accordance with § 192 of the Social Court Act, § § 184 to 187 and 192 of the Social Justice Act and the Ordinance pursuant to Section 184 (2) of the Social Justice Act (Sozialgericht) in the previous version. In accordance with § 197a of the Social Courts Act, which were legal before the entry into force of this Act, Section 183 of the Social Justice Act applies in the previous version. (2) Article 1, No. 50 and 54 does not apply to proceedings in which the Before the date of entry into force of the amendment, the contested decision shall be notified, delivered or announced. Art 18 Recast of the Social Justice Act

The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs can make known the text of the Social Court Act in the version in force at the time of the entry into force of this Act in the Federal Law Gazeti. Unofficial table of contents
