§ 1 Transfer of tasks

The company-related tasks assigned to the Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsconditional Sonderaufgaben under the Treuhand Act and Article 25 of the unification contract are to be assigned to the Federal Ministry of the Interior in the dates mentioned in § 2. Finance, insofar as the companies referred to in § 2, including their holdings, are affected. The Federal Ministry of Finance is responsible for these tasks in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and the relevant Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. § 2 Transfer of company participations

(1) The shares of the Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben (Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben) at the DUHO Verwaltungs-Gesellschaft mbH, registered under HRB 38419 under HRB 38419 in the commercial register of the Berlin-Charlottenburg district court, are to be held in Berlin with effect from the 31 July 1996 transferred to the Federal Government. (2) The shares of the Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsconditional Sonderaufgaben (Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben) on the companies designated in the annex shall be transferred to the DUHO Verwaltungs-Gesellschaft mbH with effect from 1 August 1996. transfer. § 3 Entry into force
