Pursuant to Section 42 (2) of the Bundesentschädigungsgesetz (Bundesentschädigungsgesetz) in the revised version published in the Bundesgesetzblatt, Part III, outline number 251-1, of the kind. § 2

(1) Insofar as before the proclamation of this Regulation a claim asserted in accordance with Section 31 (2) of the Bundesentschädigungsgesetz (Bundesentschädigungsgesetz) has been rejected by an indisputable decision or a final court decision on the grounds that a claim is made If it is not to be regarded as a concentration camp within the meaning of section 31 (2) of the Bundesentschädigungsgesetz (Bundesentschädigungsgesetz), the beneficiary may submit a request for a new decision if, on the basis of the annex to this Regulation, the result of the application is that the Detention centre as concentration camp within the meaning of section 31 (2) of the (2) Paragraph 1 shall apply mutatily if the period of at least one year prescribed in accordance with Article 31 (2) of the Federal Compensation Law shall be deemed to have been based on the annex to this Regulation. (3) The application referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be submitted within a period of six months from the date of delivery of this Regulation. The provisions of Article III (1) (2) of the BEG Final Act shall apply. (4) The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3 shall apply in so far as the claims prior to the delivery of this Regulation have been settled by comparison or severance. (5) Insofar as before the proclamation of this Regulation, the rights of beneficiaries have been fixed without reservation by means of an indisputable decision or by a final court decision, the beneficiaries shall be entitled to object in this case. § 3

This Regulation shall also apply in the Land of Berlin in accordance with Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act in conjunction with Section 240 (2) of the Bundesentschädigungsgesetz (Bundesentschädigungsgesetz) Unofficial table of contents

§ 4

This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 18 September 1965.
