Art 10 Resolution of the special assets of the Federal Republic of Germany

Type 11 Transitional arrangements

Type 13 Entry into force

(1) This Act shall enter into force with effect from 1 May 1999 unless otherwise specified in the following paragraphs. (2) (3) (4) (5) With effect from 1 January 1992, Article 1 (1) and Article 2 (5) and (9) shall enter into force for persons for which the (6) With effect from 1 July 1993, Article 1 (9) shall enter into force for persons for which a pension notice was not yet binding on 28 April 1999. (8) With effect from 1 January 1992, Article 1 (3), (12) and Articles 3 and 4 shall enter into force for persons for which, on 28 April 1999, a transfer decision by a provider of the supply was not yet binding. In the case of persons in which Section 22a of the Third Law Act is to be applied, the decision of the institution of the pension insurance institution shall be replaced by a provider of the pension insurance institution. (9) With effect from 1 August 1991, Article 1 (5) (a) shall apply. and (b) a double letter aa for persons for which on 28 April 1999 a decision by the provider of the pension or the institution of the pension insurance/supervisory board for social security in accordance with section 10 (5) of the claim shall apply; and (10) With effect from 1 December 1991, Article 1 (1) (n) (1) (1) 5 (b), bb and 8 (b) for persons for which, on 28 April 1999, a decision by the provider of the pension or the institution of the pension insurance/transfer institution for social security pursuant to section 10 (5) of the claim shall apply; and (11) With effect from 1 July 1994, Article 5 shall apply to persons who, on 28 April 1999, are informed by the provider of the pension pursuant to Section 10 (5) of the Claim and Anwartschaftsübergoverning Act (Article 5). and Article 7 (12) Article 2 (1) (a), (2) to (4), and 7 shall enter into force with effect from 1 December 1998; to the extent that, on 10 November 1998, a notice of retirement with periods of employment at the Deutsche Reichsbahn or at the Deutsche Post was not yet binding, Article 2 (1) (a), (2) (2) (2) shall apply. up to 4 and 7 with effect from 1 January 1992.
