DECRET
Decree n ° 2005-144 of 17 February 2005 amending Decree No. 2002-728 of 30 April 2002 on the hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of staff placed under special status of the decentralised services L' penitentiary administration

The Prime Minister,
On the Seals Report, Minister of Justice, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Public Service and Reform of the state and the overseas minister,
In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, with provisions relating to the function State of the State;
Having regard to Act No. 2001-616 of 11 July 2001 on Mayotte, as amended by Order No. 2002-1450 of 12 December 2002 on the modernisation of the municipal system, inter-communal cooperation, to the conditions of exercise Local principals in Mayotte and amending the general code of the territorial authorities (legislative part), Act No. 2003-660 of 21 July 2003, the Overseas Programme Act, and Act No. 2004-439 of 26 May 2004 on divorce, in particular Its Articles 64-1 and 65;
Having regard to Order No. 58-696 of 6 August 1958 on the special status of officials of the deconcentrated services of the penitentiary administration, as amended by Act No. 92-125 of 6 February 1992 on administration Territorial of the Republic;
In light of Decree No. 66-874 of 21 November 1966 on the special status of officials of the deconcentrated services of the prison administration;
In view of Decree No. 2002-728 of 30 April 2002 Hierarchical classification of the ranks and posts of staff placed under the special status of the decentralised services of the prison administration;
In view of Decree No. 2005-143 of 17 February 2005 on the status of the corps of supervisors Prison of the State for the administration of Mayotte and laying down the conditions for the integration of the incumbent agents and the establishment of the non-incumbent agents of the departmental community of Mayotte Prison in the public service of the state, including its title Ier,
Describes:

Item 1
The indicial classification of the ranks and jobs of the staff of the prison administration mentioned in Article 1 of the decree of 30 April 2002 referred to above is amended as follows:
