By a tacit decision of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and Of the Minister of Research dated 14 January 2002, Amendment No 4 to the amended constitutive agreement of the public interest group ' House of Science of Man and Society Ange Guépin " Is approved.

  The Public Interest Grouping named " House of Science of The man and the company Ange Guépin " Consists of:
  The State, which is the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity;
  The University of Nantes;
  The National Centre for Scientific Research;
  The City of Nantes;
  Electricité de France;
  La Poste;
  La Mutualité de Loire-Atlantique-UD.

  
  Rights and obligations

  
  In their dealings with each other, members are bound by the obligations of the Proportion of their statutory rights. They are not in solidarity with third parties and are liable for the debts of the group as a proportion of their statutory rights.
  The constitutive agreement and its endorsements may be consulted by any person interested in the seat of the Grouping and the Department of Research
