ARRETE
Decree of 10 February 2003 laying down the rules for the general organisation and the nature of the tests of the competitions provided for in accordance with Article 1 of Decree No 2002-661 of 30 April 2002 establishing special competitions. For access to certain corps of officials of category B of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Family and Disability and the Minister of the Public Service, State and spatial planning,
In the light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the function State of the State;
In view of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the elimination of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service;
Given the Decree No. 2000-1317 of 26 December 2000 on the recruitment of certain personnel of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity;
In view of Decree No. 2002-661 of 30 April 2002 on the organization of recruitment competitions Employees of the State of categories A, B, C and occupational examinations for the recruitment of staff members of the State of category C reserved for certain non-incumbent agents under the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity, in accordance with Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service;
In view of the decree of 26 December 2000 delegating authority for the recruitment of certain employees of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity;
On the proposal of the Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget, Ministry of Social Affairs, Work and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons and the Director of General Administration and Service Modernization at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity,

Article 1


Recruitment competitions for access to the bodies of health technicians and labour controllers Referred to in the Annex to the decree of 30 April 2002 referred to above have a written test of eligibility and an oral examination of admission.

Article 2


The recruitment competitions for the Access to the Body of the Specialist Educators of the National Institutes of the Deaf and the National Institute of the Blind, mentioned in the annex to the decree of 30 April 2002, include: A written test of eligibility and two oral admission tests.

Article 3


The order opening the competition may Provide that candidates must provide, for oral or oral tests, a maximum of two pages.   • TITLE IV: COMMON PROVISIONS Article 14


    At the end of the written test of eligibility, the jury shall establish in alphabetical order the list of eligible candidates Part of the oral test or oral admission tests.

    Article 15


    Each of the tests is marked from 0 to 20. No one can be declared eligible if he or she has not obtained a score of 5 of 20 or more in the written eligibility test.
