Decree n ° 2007-202 of 14 February 2007 extending the specific premium d' installation

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice and the Minister From overseas,
Having regard to Order No. 58-1270 of 22 December 1958 amending the Organic Law relating to the Statute of the Judiciary;
Having regard to Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983, as amended, relating to the rights and obligations of civil servants, in particular Article 20 of the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In light of the amended Decree No. 96-1028 of 27 November 1996 on the award of compensation Expulsion to the magistrates and to the holders and trainees of the State in service in Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia and the Wallis and Futuna Islands;
In view of Decree No. 2001-1225 of 20 December 2001 Creating a specific installation premium,
Describes:

Item 1
In the first and second paragraphs of Article 1 of the decree of 20 December 2001, after the words: " Overseas Department ", are inserted the words:" Or Mayotte ".

After Article 6 of the decree of 27 November 1996, it is inserted a Article 6a worded as follows:
" Art. 6 bis. -A judge or official of the State who has received the removal allowance may not claim, in the course of his career, for the payment of the specific installation premium established by Decree No. 2001-1225 of 20 December 2001. "

The provisions of Articles 1 and 2 shall apply to officials whose posting notification is after the entry into force of this Decree.

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of the Public Service, the Minister for Overseas Affairs and the Minister for the Budget and the Minister Reform of the State, a spokesman for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
