In view of Decree No. 2001-1225 of 20 December 2001 Creating a specific installation premium,
Describes:
After Article 6 of the decree of 27 November 1996, it is inserted a Article 6a worded as follows:
" Art. 6 bis. -A judge or official of the State who has received the removal allowance may not claim, in the course of his career, for the payment of the specific installation premium established by Decree No. 2001-1225 of 20 December 2001. "
The provisions of Articles 1 and 2 shall apply to officials whose posting notification is after the entry into force of this Decree.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of the Public Service, the Minister for Overseas Affairs and the Minister for the Budget and the Minister Reform of the State, a spokesman for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
