Order of 6 February 2006 establishing a joint administrative committee responsible for the body of agricultural and environmental engineers

The Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Minister of the Public Service,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of the Officials, together with the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to the amended Decree No. 82-451 of 28 May 1982 relating to the joint administrative committees ;
In view of Decree No. 2006-8 of 4 January 2006 on the special status of the body of agricultural and environmental engineers,
