ARRETE
Order of February 11, 2005, Delegation of Signing Authority (Direction de l' évaluation de la performance et des affaires finances et alty)

The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms,
In light of Order No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by Arrested, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 85-1057 of 2 October 1985 concerning the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior;
In view of Decree No. 86-455 of 14 March 1986 amending the abolition of the committees Property transactions and architecture and setting out the procedures for consulting the service of the domains;
Having regard to the decree of 29 January 2004 appointing a director to the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior, of the Internal security and local freedoms;
Given the decree of 30 March 2004 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 29 November 2004 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to the decree of 18 September 2000 on the Designating the persons responsible for contracts awarded on behalf of the State by the Minister of the Interior;
Having regard to the amended Order of 26 January 2004 laying down the duties and organisation of the General Secretariat;
Having regard to the Order of 7 April 2004 signing delegation to the Director of Performance Evaluation, and financial and real estate affairs;
In light of the amended Order of May 28, 2004, Delegation of Signing (Direction de l' évaluation de la performance, and Financial and real estate affairs),
Stop:

Article 1


Sections 6 and 7 of the Order of 28 May 2004 are replaced by the following:
" Art. 6. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Jean-Luc Nevache, the delegation provided for in the article of this Order shall be exercised, within the limits of their respective powers, by Mrs Eliane Kozar, civil administrator, by Mr Gérard Péhaut, Deputy Prefect, by Mr Philippe Clémandot, a public works engineer of the State, and by Mr Jean-François Bouton, principal central administrative officer, directly under the authority of Mr Jean-Luc Nevache
In case of absence Or of the incapacity of Mr Jean-Luc Nevache, the delegation provided for in Article 5 of this Order shall be exercised, within the limits of the duties of the Office for the Management of Finance and Personnel, by Miss Gwladys Fromentin, attached To central administration.
" Art. 7. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Eliane Kozar, MM. Gérard Péhaut, Philippe Clémandot and Jean-François Bouton, the delegation granted to them by Article 6 of this Order is exercised, within the limits of their respective powers, by Mr Jean-Michel Gessner, Senior Administrative Attaché Centrum, directly under the authority of Mrs Eliane Kozar, by Mr Eric Canal, engineer of technical services and equipment, directly under the authority of Mr Gérard Péhaut, by Mr Philippe Hourez, Central Administrative Attaché, Directly under the authority of Mr. Philippe Clémandot, and by Miss Roseline Gibralta, principal central administrative officer, directly under the authority of Mr. Jean-François Bouton.
" In the event of absence or incapacity of Ms. Eliane Kozar and Mr Jean-Michel Gessner, the delegation of signature assigned to them is exercised, within the limits of his powers, by Mr Stéphane Sinagoga, a central administrative assistant, directly under the authority of Mrs Eliane Kozar. "
