Decree of 24 January 2002 implementing Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000 on the development and reduction of working time in the public service of the State for the administration Grand Chancery of the Legion of Honor and the National Museum of the Legion of Honor and Order of Chivalry

The Grand Chancellor of the Legion of Honour,
In light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 as amended laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In light of Decree No. 62-1472 of 28 November 1962 amending the Code of the Legion of Honour and the Military Medal;
In the light of Decree No. 86-83 of the 17 January 1986 as amended on the general provisions applicable to non-holding agents of the State taken for the purposes of Article 7 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of The State;
In view of Decree No. 94-874 of 7 October 1994 laying down the common provisions applicable to trainees of the State and its public establishments;
Having regard to Decree No. 2000-815 of 25 August 2000 on the development and reduction of the Working time in the public service of the State, and in particular the second paragraph of Article 4;
In view of the opinion of the Joint Technical Committee of 10 December 2001,

This Order applies to all personnel performing their duties in the central administration of the Grand Chancery of the Legion of Honor and the National Museum of the Legion of Honor and Orders

The reference work cycle is the weekly cycle. The weekly duration is 35 hours.

The rules of procedure concerning the application of variable hours at the central administration of the Grand Chancery of the Legion of Honor define the scope of the said timetable, the fixed ranges
This pause at a minimum of forty-five minutes is not included in the actual working time of the agents.
The hours of work of the staff assigned to the National Museum of the Légion d' honneur et des ordres de chevalerie sont ceux d' ouverture de ce place.
In accordance with Article R. 127-2 of the Code of the Legion of Honour and the Military Medal, they are fixed by the Grand Chancellor, on the report of the Secretary-General Of the Grand Chancery and after the opinion of the Curator.
