Summary

Application of Article 19 of Law 72-662.Table VIIa annexed to the said Decree is replaced by the table annexed to this Decree. Repeal of the amended Order of 13 January 1962 fixing the rate of special police hardship allowance for non-commissioned members of the gendarmerie. Effective 1 February 2002.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Defence and the Minister of the Public Service, and the reform of The State,
In view of the amended Act No. 72-662 of 13 July 1972 on the general status of members of the military, in particular Article 19;
In view of Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 on the hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of personnel Civil and military members of the State under the general pension scheme;
In light of the amended Decree No. 48-1366 of 27 August 1948 laying down the various allowances that may be paid in respect of the pay to the military of the armed forces of the sea And air,
Describes:

Item 1
Table VIIIa annexed to the decree of 27 August 1948 referred to above is replaced by the attached table concerning special police hardship allowance.

The amended Order of 13 January 1962 setting the rate of special police hardship allowance for non-commissioned members of the gendarmerie is repealed.

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Public Service and State Reform and the Secretary of State for the Budget are responsible for each Concerning the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and shall take effect on 1 February 2002.
