Stop:
Is authorized the creation, to the Directorate of Land Transport of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, of a national automated processing called " GROBATO " Having For purposes:
-the registration and processing of applications for registration certificates;
-issuing and editing certificates of registration and extracts from real rights;
-managing miscellaneous changes (administration);
-the production of annual statistics.
This processing will be implemented in the Department of Equipment's registry offices.
Registered nominative information is:
-owner identity: name, first name, date and place of birth, occupation;
-owner's home address.
The Information is retained throughout the validity of the registrations.
The recipients of this information are, each as far as it is concerned and within the limits of their powers defined by the laws and regulations in force:
-the requester;
-the Responsible for registry offices;
-the Director of Land Transport.
In accordance with Chapter V of the aforementioned Law of January 6, 1978, the right of access of any natural person to the information concerning him shall be exercised at the registration office with which he has been registered The application for a registration certificate or who has issued the certificate using national automated processing " GROBATO ".
The right of opposition provided for in the first paragraph of article 26 of the aforementioned Law of January 6, 1978, does not apply to the processing in place.
The Director of Land Transport is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
