ARRETE
Decree of 17 January 2003 establishing a revenue authority with the Beauvais Tapestry Manufacture

Minister of Culture and Communication and the Minister Delegate to Budget and Budget Reform,
In light of Decree No. 62-1587 of December 29, 1962, as amended General regulation on public accounting, in particular Article 18;
Having regard to Decree No. 66-850 of 15 November 1966 on the personal and financial liability of the administrators, as amended by Decree No. 76-70 of 15 January 1976;
Seen the Decree No. 87-346 of 21 May 1987, as amended by Decree No. 90-224 of 8 March 1990 concerning the remuneration of certain services rendered by the Ministry of Culture and Communication;
Having regard to Decree No 92-681 of 20 July 1992 concerning Revenue authorities and imprest accounts of public bodies, as amended by Decree No. 97-33 of 13 January 1997;
In the light of the decree of 28 May 1993 on the rates of compensation for liability which may be allocated to the administrators And the amount of the security imposed on such agents;
In view of the decree of 27 December 2001 concerning the threshold for the guarantee waiver of the imprest administrators and the administrators of Revenues;
In light of the December 23, 2002 Order of the National Furniture and National Manufactures of the Gobelins, Beauvais and the Savonnerie in Service with National Competence,
Stop:

Item 1

It is hereby established with the Beauvais Tapestry Manufacture a revenue authority for the collection of Following products:
1. Visitation rights.
2. Sales of Documentary Products:
a) Photos;
b) Catalogs;
c) Reproduction Rights.

Item 2

Revenues Article 1 shall be cashed by the administrator and paid to the general paymaster of the Oise under the conditions laid down in Articles 7 and 9 of the decree of 20 July 1992 mentioned above.

Article 3

The administrator is authorized to accept the following methods of payment:
-cheques and scans;
-by bank transfer on the account Deposit of funds into the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

Section 4

The administrator is required to open a deposit account with the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

Article 5

The maximum allowed amount of cash is set at EUR 15 000.

Article 6

The administrator is authorized to have a standing cash fund of 100 EUR.

Item 7

The manager is required to pay his receipts to the general paymaster of the Oise as soon as the amount of his cash amount reaches EUR 750.

Article 8

The Director of the General Administration of the Ministry of Culture and Communication and the Director General of Public Accounts shall each have responsibility for the execution of the present Order, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
