DECRET
Decree of 11 February 2005 on delegation of signature (Directorate of Youth Judicial Protection)

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the seal of the seals, Minister of Justice,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their Signature;
Given the amended Decree No. 64-754 of 25 July 1964 on the organization of the Ministry of Justice;
Given the decree of 30 March 2004 appointing the Prime Minister;
In view of the decree of 18 May 2004 on the delegation of Signature;
Given the November 29, 2004, Order in Council concerning the composition of the Government;
In light of the May 14, 2004 signing delegation order,
Décrète:

Article 1


Article 2 of the decree of 18 May 2004 reads as follows:
" Art. 2. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Michel Duvette, Director of the Judicial Protection of Youth, delegation is given to Mr Bruno Houssa, magistrate in the central administration of the Ministry of Justice, directly under the authority of the By Mr. Michel Duvette, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the custody of the seals, the Minister of Justice, the orders of mission, purchase orders and charges, established on the occasion of travel by officers of the Directorate of Protection Judicial youth in the metropolitan area. "

Item 2


Section 3 of the Order reads as follows:
" Art. 3. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Michel Duvette, Director of the Judicial Protection of Youth, delegation is given to Mr Jean-Jacques Chabot, Regional Director of Judicial Protection for Youth assigned to the Administration Ministry of Justice, directly under the authority of Mr. Michel Duvette, to sign, in the name of the custody of the seals, the Minister of Justice, and within the limits of his powers, all acts, orders or decisions, to the exclusion Orders in Council.

Article 3


After Article 3 of the decree of 18 May 2004, it is inserted two Articles 3-1 and 3-2 thus drafted :
" Art. 3-1. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Michel Duvette, Director of the Judicial Protection of Youth, delegation is given to Mrs Yolande Renoux and Madeleine Mathieu and Mr Renaud Salomon, magistrates, directly under the authority of Mr. Michel Duvette, to the effect of signing, on behalf of the custody of the seals, the Minister of Justice, and within the limits of their duties, all acts, orders or decisions, excluding Orders in
. Art. 3-2. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Denis Perrin, Deputy Director of the Directorate for the Judicial Protection of Youth, delegation is given to Ms Catherine Barbier, the departmental director assigned to the central administration of the Ministry of Justice, directly under the authority of Mr. Denis Perrin, to sign, on behalf of the custody of the seals, the Minister of Justice, and within the limits of his powers, all acts, orders or decisions, excluding Orders in Council. "

Article 4


After Article 4 of the same decree, an article 4-1 reads as follows:
" Art. 4-1. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Claudine Lescoffit, Deputy Director of the Directorate of Youth Judicial Protection, delegation is given to Ms Catherine Frénot, a contract officer, directly under the authority of Ms Claudine Lescoffit, for the purpose of signing, on behalf of the custody of the seals, the Minister of Justice, and within the limits of his powers, all acts, orders or decisions, excluding Orders in Council. "

Article 5


The custody of the seals, Minister of Justice, is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
