In light of the amended decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
In light of the decree of 25 June 2002 appointing the Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget;
Seen the Decree No. 2002-986 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Health, the Family and the Disabled;
In the light of the decree of 21 July 2000 on the organization of the management of general administration, staff and the Budget in service and sub-directions;
In view of the amended Order of July 1, 2002 with delegated signing authority,
Stop:
Article 4 of the decree of 1 July 2002 referred to above reads as follows:
Art. 4. - In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Marie, delegation is given to Ms. Annie Richart-Lebrun, Deputy Director of Corporate Administration, Mr. Francis Merrien, Deputy Director of Information Systems and Telecommunications, and Ms. Mireille Gaüzère, Deputy Director of Service Modernization, to sign, within the limits of their duties and on behalf of the Minister of Health, Family and Disabled Persons, all acts, orders, decisions, or Agreements, excluding Orders in Council, including all proposals for commitments and orders for payment, transfer and delegation, all supporting documents of expenditure, all payment orders and all requests for the issuance of titles of Perception. "
