Order of February 3, 2005 approving a rider to the National Health Convention

Minister of Solidarity, Health and Family Affairs, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries And the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform, Government Spokesperson,
In view of the Social Security Code, in particular Articles L. 162-39 to L. 162-41;
In view of the Order of 1 April 2003 approving the National thermal convention,
Stop:

Article 1


The endorsement and its annex to the national health convention concluded on 30 March 2004 between, on the one hand, The National Insurance Fund for Employees, the Caisse centrale de la mutualité sociale agricole and the Caisse nationale d' assurance maladie et maternity des professions independents and, on the other hand, the National Council of the Thermal operators.

Article 2


The Director of Social Security, the Director General of Health at the Ministry of Solidarity, The Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and the Prevention of Fraud, the Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Director General of the Forest and Rural affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality are each responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

  • NATIONAL CONVENTION TO ORGANIZE REPORTS BETWEEN DISEASE INSURANCE AND THERMAL INSTITUTIONS


    Between, On the one hand,
    La Caisse nationale de l' assurance maladie des travailleurs salaried (CNAMTS), represented by Mr. Jean-Marie Spaeth;
    La Caisse centrale de la mutualité sociale agricole (CCMSA), represented by Mme Jeannette Gros;
    La Caisse National Health Insurance and Maternity Insurance for Independent Occupations (CNAMPI), represented by M. Gérard Quevillon,
    to as the National Health Insurance Organizations,
    And, on the other hand,
    The National Board of Operators Therills (CNETh), represented by Mr Jean-Claude Ebrard, hereinafter
    to as the professional organisation of the thermal establishments.
    The parties mentioned above, signatories to the Convention and its annexes, are referred to as " ",
    it is agreed and set out the following:

    • TO THE NATIONAL THERMAL CONVENTION OF APRIL 1 2003 EXISTING ANNEX III" GRID OF STANDARDIZED DESIGNATIONS OF THERMAL CARE "


      Article 1


      Appendix III entitled: " Grid of standardized designations of care Thermal " Is canceled and replaced by the attached document.

      The following care is completely removed from the standard appellations grid:
