By order of the Prime Minister, the Minister of the Interior, Security Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry of 20 January 2005, Mr Guepratte (Etienne), civil administrator outside the class, attached for his management at the Ministry of the Interior, Security And local freedoms, seconded as project director for the definition of a new vehicle registration system with the Director of Civil Liberties and Legal Affairs of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms since 4 April 2002, is being held on secondment as Deputy Director, Head of Communication to the General Secretariat at Headquarters Ministry of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms for a period of three years from 21 September 2004.
