Order of 15 December 2006 amending the decree of 29 December 2005 on the approval of the auditing bodies for emissions declared under the gas emission allowance trading scheme Greenhouse

Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development,
In view of Directive 2003 /87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a system of exchange of Greenhouse gas emission allowances in the Community and amending Council Directive 96 /61/EC;
In view of the environmental code, in particular Articles L. 229-6 and L. 229-14;
Having regard to Decree No. 2004-832 of 19 August 2004, as amended by the Decree No. 2005-189 of 25 February 2005, adopted for the application of Articles L. 229-5 to L. 229-19 of the Environment Code and relating to the greenhouse gas emission allowance trading scheme;
Given the decree n ° 2005-190 of 25 February 2005 Approving the national plan for the allocation of greenhouse gas emission allowances for the period 2005-2007;
In view of the July 28, 2005 decision on the verification and quantification of emissions reported under the system Greenhouse gas emission allowance trading;
In light of the November 3, 2005 Order of the Greenhouse Gas Emission Trading System for the Greenhouse Gas Emission Trading System;
Vu The decree of 29 December 2005 on the approval of the auditors of emissions declared under the greenhouse gas emission allowance trading scheme;
In view of the Minutes of the sitting of 27 September 2006 Commission for the Accreditation of Auditors;
On the proposal of the Director of Pollution Prevention and Risk Prevention,
