In view of Law No. 84-610 of 16 July 1984 on the organisation of physical and sports activities, Article 16;
Having regard to Act No. 2003-708 of 1 August 2003 on the organisation and promotion of physical and sporting activities, in particular Article 10;
Having regard to Decree No. 2004-22 of 7 January 2004 for the application of Article 16 of Law No. 84-610 of 16 July 1984 on the accreditation of sports federations, the mandatory provisions of the statutes of approved federations and their standard disciplinary regulations,
Stop:
The approval provided for in Article 16-III of the aforementioned Law of 16 July 1984 is granted to the associations which have Submitted an approval dossier in accordance with Articles 1 and 2 of the aforementioned decree of 7 January 2004, which are listed below:
Fédération française de canoë-kayak (87, quai de la Marne, BP 58, 94344 Joinville-le-Pont).
Federation French physical education and voluntary gymnastics (41-43, rue de Reuilly, 75012 Paris).
Fédération française de football americano (79, rue Rateau, 93120 La Courneuve).
Union des federations d' aïkido (maison du sport français, 1, Pierre-de-Coubertin Avenue, 75640 Paris Cedex 13).
Previous orders for the approval of the federations mentioned in Article 1 shall be repealed.
The Director of Sport shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
