ARRETE
Decree of 13 January 2004 on the extension of the three-year interprofessional agreement concluded in the framework of the Interprofessional Committee on the Gascony Floc for the 2003-2004 Campaign.

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and Minister Delegate to Budget and Reform Budget,
In view of Articles L. 632-1 to L. 632-11 of the Rural Code relating to interprofessional agricultural organisations;
In view of the Decree of 1 February 1991 on the recognition of the Interprofessional Committee on the Gascogne Floc;
Vu The decree of 22 January 2003 on the extension of the three-year interprofessional agreement concluded on 10 October 2002 by the professional organisations members of the Interprofessional Committee on the Gascony Floc for the 2002-2003 campaigns, 2003-2004 and 2004-2005,

Article 1


The provisions of the amendment to the three-year interprofessional agreement concluded on 10 July 2003 within the framework of the Interprofessional Committee for the Floc of Gascony, annexed to this Order (1) and relating to the amount of the interprofessional assessment, are extended for the 2003-2004 marketing year in the regions of production of the wines of the appellation of origin of the spring From the committee:
-to winegrowers and producer groups;
-to traders marketing this name.

The Director of Economic and International Policy, the Director General of Competition, Consumer and Fraud Prevention and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights are responsible for each and every one of them. Of the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
